Anyone can open an email. Coming back to it twice more, on a Sunday, is a decision being made. Batohi counts separate sittings, not tab refreshes, so the number means something.
A click from a second city means your message was forwarded to someone you never wrote to. It is the one signal mail apps cannot hide, and it tells you the deal grew a second decision-maker.
